We partner with key stakeholders (taxi associations, fitment centres and components and parts suppliers, among others) not only to enhance efficiencies in our service, but to deliver value that impacts the entire transportation ecosystem.
The Process
For minibus taxis, the credit application process is to be initiated through the taxi association and fulfilled at the designated fitment centre. For e-hailing taxis, the application should be initiated directly with our office via email or telephone.
Standard documentation and conditions to be met include the following:
- Completed and signed application form, by owner and driver.
- Certified ID copy and proof of residence (FICA documents) of the owner.
- Letter of recommendation from the taxi association.
If applicable, certified ID copy of the “Runner” and completion of the relevant section of the application form authorising the Runner to sign the legal agreement.
